Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This chocolate chip banana bread recipe is a fun twist on classic banana bread! It is great for any occasion and great to share!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Flour
  • tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  • Stand Mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixer.
  3. Add the eggs and beat on medium until combined.
  4. Add the mashed bananas, milk, and lemon juice then mix.
  5. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the mixer and beat until the mixture is combined.
  7. Remove the beaters and mix in the chocolate chips in by hand as to not damage your mixer.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan (8" x 4" x 3") and bake for 1 hour.
  9. After removing from the oven, set a timer for 10 minutes, then turn out the bread onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
